Lithia
Lithia is a small unincorporated community of about 31,000 people and home to Lithia Springs Regional Park, Alderman’s Ford Regional Part and the C.W. Bill Young Reservoir.
The community has a rich history in agriculture, sawmills, and phosphate mining. In the late 1990s, Newland Communities purchased 3,000 acres to develop Fishhawk Ranch. The Fishhawk Trails were later developed by another company and stretch up to 28 miles long. The Fishhawk community is the #1 sought after neighborhood to live in. Its sense of community runs deep and the connection of its residents is unmatched. The schools have excellent ratings and many who live here commute to MacDill Army Base.
Lithia has a median home sales price of $540,000 and an average household income of $98,000.
