Once I am armed with important information from you, the search for your new home begins. Many buyers start with a very rigid list of “must haves” and end up realizing as we get out into the market that there are items that rank above all the rest. Then less important parameters get moved to the “would like to have” list. This gives buyers more flexibility in their search.
